Before moving on

Check Phone Card before leaving if your current stage permits it. Replay is only an option when that job is actually available in your save; no universal story-replay guarantee is implied.

Protect the current attempt

Record the active objective and your last successful interaction. Save separately when the game permits it, retain the previous good save and distinguish a missing target from an objective that no longer counts after loading.

Field note: Phone Card

Use the mural to identify the nearby phone booth, then inspect the top of its yellow payphone. Finishing the mural and taking the Phone Card are separate checks; completing the Local artist milestone does not prove the card was collected.
