Jobs / guide

Mounting — materials, tools & reusable items

Work order / direct answer

For Mounting, the available community record is useful for checking reusable objects, not a guarantee that your job needs no supplies. Match the active objective first and keep optional salvage separate from required purchases.

Read this job's list correctly

The Mounting salvage report describes both supplies and furnishings. Gold Ornament tiles and a partially filled Juicy Lime bucket are not interchangeable with every finish requested by a job. The chair is a separate furnishing, while the bench-side crate and books are ordinary loose objects. Match the objective first; the presence of leftovers does not prove they will cover the required surface or unlock the next mounting step.

Reported reusable objects

These are the author's observations, not guaranteed spawn or carryover rules for every save. A partly used material has no assumed remaining coverage.

  1. Gold Ornament tiles
  2. Juicy Lime paint left in a bucket
  3. Ludwig chair
  4. Books, a bottle and a plastic crate farther along by the bench

From observation to your actual order

Record what is present, what matches the objective and what remains to buy. Use the material checklist for quantities measured in your game. Preserve a good save before testing a disputed pickup; do not interpret a salvage report as a universal no-penalty rule.

Source and build boundary
